Erie is in Pennsylvania, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. Getting around Erie is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across Pennsylvania's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

I am... perplexed as to how people are giving this such high reviews. I live in the area, I've been several times, and every time it's been a bad experience. First: the seats are terrible. I don't know who invented chairs that double as torture devices, but I've never seen anyone sit on them comfortably. The little foot rest bars are exactly the wrong height for everyone, which means you're just dangling your feet for however long you plan on staying around. The prices that are advertised versus the prices you pay are wildly different. My friend picked up my mail I was on vacation, so I offered to take him to dinner. He picked the Food Hall, because of course he did. Went to the chicken place. Got sauced boneless bites and one lemonade and paid almost $40. I pulled out a calculator and itemized what I got, and it shouldn't have been over $30, even with a generous tip. The guy behind the counter sheepishly gestured at the square reader terminal, which, if you buy anything downtown you'll know is a sign that you're about to get hella sticker shock. It's loud even when it's empty, it's laid out poorly, half the places are closed at the most random of times. It's like eating in a mal

I’ve been in love with Brooklyn Bagels for years! This time I stepped outside of my comfort zone and tried something new. I don’t recall the name of the place, but they sell ramen and other noodles made to PERFECTION! 🀀 I never thought I’d say that, but it is an absolute fact at this place. 😍

About 10 different food places all conveniently housed in this historic building. Many food choices available: Dominican, Mexican, Pizza, Bagel sandwiches, Gelato, Chinese/Asian Noodles, Hot Dogs, and more.

Went to Cheeserie and I must say the Buffalo chix Mac was so good! The macaroni was perfectly cooked and the pepper flavor came through. The chicken was really tender and the Buffalo sauce wasn’t over powering. The chef was even better. He was super friendly and even made sure the food tasted good! Recommend this place to anyone!

Wheelchair accesible from state street frame mounted remote opener ,man trap style vestibule . Ain’t gonna lie was at mall getting a jacket and was gonna hit Primanti brothers , then my tiny brain remembered I hadn’t eaten at North row Philly . Ordered the sirloin Philly with extra onions peppers cheese, horseradish and fries . Saying it was amazing is an understatement . It was dynamite perfectly tender shaved sirloin made into a sandwich as a veteran eater , don’t try to put it down , once you dig in stay in otherwise it will get messy , I didn’t let mine go and I still needed a fork to clean my plate . Fries equally amazing ,similar in texture to Bigbars but salt pepper and garlic served in a bag ,at the bottom is a gold mine of crispy bits that broke off and got super crisp, giving that added super crisp texture element . It was a fantastic culinary adventure , that I will be coming back for again . Super friendly and efficient staff . The only place I havent had a great meal at yet is Shawarma station that will be my next .
